– Already formatted manuscript (word format is preferred)
* Add the Content Page
* Ensure every new chapter starts on a new page
* You have Professional page numbering on each page
* Add the Running header and footer

*Don’t worry I can design the cover page;
Note: You’d need to choose one from the options of different cover pages.
– the details for the cover page (About the Author, About the Book, brief etc).
