Virtual Assistant for CEO

After a strong year of Ocushield business growth, I am looking to get a virtual assistant for numerous tasks to support me work more efficiently:
Including
– organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
– carrying out background research and presenting findings
– producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
– Instagram posting and management of feed
– Outreach to podcast hosts/platforms to secure bookings
– Replying to LinkedIn messages (must have LinkedIn experience)
– Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Skills required
– Fluent English, very good written skills
– Ability to navigate YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack and Asana
– Must be a fast learner and adapt to different tasks
– exceptional written and oral communication skills
– excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software
packages
– the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
– good organisational and time management skills
– the ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely

Must be able to work during UK time zone at least two hours AM and two PM.
You will work set hours to begin with until the requirements grow, 5 hours a week then increasing with more responsibilities.
