Property Manager / Lettings Administrator

We are a small business entering into the property management and lettings space, with the end aim to become an estate agent. We are fortunate that we have properties of our own that we can use to build the business in addition to a mortgage brokerage that has a number of clients who are willing to move their properties to us, because of the great service we have provided to them.

We are currently undertaking the ARLA exams followed by the NRLA qualification to further become recognised, however, this is very much a business that is starting from scratch, and we therefore require someone with the expertise that can work from home and establish business practices and structure whilst dealing with the general admin. This position is very much for someone that would like to take part in building a business from the ground up and would be enthusiastic about doing so, whilst enjoying the flexibility of non-specific working days and times and not having a demanding work culture or environment.

I am hoping to find someone as energetic, happy and positive to bounce off of to establish this new business venture.
