Property Guru (Burton, UK Based)

TiiGO Serviced Accommodation is a small, ambitious Property Management Company. We offer short term lets to executive and social guests in our fully furnished properties.

The Property Guru will tend to all aspects of the daily running of our properties based within the Burton/Derby, UK areas.

The tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:

Record keeping using Google Drive.
Property Inspections.
Liaising with other team members and attending monthly Google Meetings.
Coordinating and liaising with Housekeepers.
Ensuring our high standards are maintained by following our processes.
Using Gmail.
A high standard of housekeeping.
Linen drops and collections at the local laundrette, a driver is essential.

The Property Guru will receive training on all aspects of the job, however an applicant will need to already possess the following skills and attributes:

A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Previous housekeeping experience.
Basic I.T skills – Google Drive, Gmail (or similar).
A keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to £11.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Burton: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
UK drivers license
