Project control for a series of 3 books

I need a keen administrator, responsible and alert, dependable to monitor and remind participants against a series of deadlines. We have developed a deadline control software which needs to be monitored periodically and reminders sent. There will be about 16 translators and another 4 audio editors who would need to submit work on time and gentle reminders sent to fulfil a launch date deadline.

This is a continuous work ideally suitable for a someone who wishes to work at their time about one hour per day and from home. The software works off the web so access can be from anywhere.
Also, this work is limited to someone who speaks excellent English and has admin experience in their work life or retired life.
