Add a chatbox to the website for immediate enquiries (they always ask if we can cover certain postcodes)
Monthly blog on disrepair (can you write this or do we need to get someone on pph?)
Post on Linkedin/social media/our website
Build our profile on social media
Mailout of blog to all clients to be followed up with business development calls
use linkedin – raise profile / contact
