Legal Assistant

I am a Lawyer practicing in Florida. I need someone who can do some of the logistical things required in law firms, like keeping track of deadlines and other things, a little bit of legal research, preparing some kinds of documents and filing papers in different courts (it seems like each court has its own rules) preparing forms for different types of cases, drafting simple documents. Interacting with clients and others and some legal research.
