Job Description:
As a Hospitality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vacation rental units. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of guest communication and issue resolution, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Engage with guests through phone and messaging platforms to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance.
Create a positive and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Guest Complaints:
Handle escalated guest concerns and complaints through phone and messaging channels.
Apply effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Compensation Requests:
Mediate and negotiate fair compensation solutions that align with company policies and guest expectations.
Ensure a balanced approach that considers the interests of both guests and the company.
Reporting:
Generate and maintain administrative reports related to guest interactions and issue resolution.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Additional Tasks:
Assist in other operational tasks as needed to support the efficient functioning of our rental units.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Open availability for morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends.
Adaptability to varying days off and split shifts (not consecutively).
Benefits:
Full-time position (40 hours per week) at a rate of $4 per hour.
40-hour paid vacation after one year of service.
