We are looking for a Head of Programmes and Partnerships, who can work in a senior management capacity to ensure our programmes and partnerships are aligned with our broader strategic objectives and organisational mission.
The Company:
We want to see Global Majority women represented in leadership positions across society. We want their voices and ideas to be heard, their ventures to be funded, and their success to lift others up with them.
Our mission is to rectify the power imbalance evident in leadership across organisations in the UK.
We do this through projects and programmes focused on leadership, organisational development, and systems change to address the causes of inequity. As a social enterprise, we direct 51% of our profits to elevating Global Majority women in business.

Moreover, you will have a growth mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will have a good understanding of our sector and experience working for similar organisations or social enterprises.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- 5-7 years of professional experience and a strong background in leadership and relationship management, with clear examples of building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management, project management and project evaluation.
