Job Description
UK /Ireland micro business (Marketing Agency) requires a freelance Executive Assistant to provide a professional administration service on an ongoing basis for the company owner. The role is based the following core tasks:
• Research: relating to a range of business and marketing issues
• Bids and Tenders: assisting the Director to prepare Bids and Tenders
• Personal Assistant: helping the company Director with a range of operations tasks – from business development to customer relations management
• Administrative and office support: Including typing, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and customer contact database
Essential criteria
• 4 years’ experience in administrative / Executive Assistant role reporting directly to upper management
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• UK / Ireland based
Desirable criteria
• Experience in preparing Bids and Tenders
• Current Availability : at least 20 hours per month
