As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement, traffic, and conversions for our business.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with me to develop and execute effective Facebook ad strategies aligned with our business objectives. Work closely with me to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, creative assets, and targeting. Participate in Zoom calls to discuss campaign performance and optimization strategies. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize performance and ROI. Conduct A/B testing in collaboration with me to refine ad creatives, audiences, and messaging. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and share insights during our collaboration sessions.

Requirements: Proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns with a track record of delivering results. Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools. Knowledge of audience targeting, ad placement, and bidding strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Creative thinker with a knack for developing compelling ad copy and visuals. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively over Zoom calls. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in Facebook Blueprint or equivalent is a plus.
