Caviar Biotec, a pioneering leader in the global biotechnology sector, seeks an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Global CEO to provide comprehensive administrative support and enhance the effectiveness of our leadership. Based remotely, this highly experienced professional will work directly with the CEO, who is based in London. The EA will manage a wide range of administrative and executive tasks, including administrative support, communication coordination, meeting and schedule management, travel arrangements, special projects, and representation. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within the biotech or related industries. They will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in office management systems and procedures. Familiarity with the biotech industry and its verticals, including modern fish farming, bioengineering, cell agriculture, nutraceuticals, and cosmetic manufacturing, is essential. The EA will work independently and proactively, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be able to work effectively with a global team and accommodate meetings across different time zones. This role would be ongoing and would be paid monthly.
The successful candidate can expect increase in monthly remuneration as their responsibilities grow.
