We need an excel document summarising a number (perhaps 3-5) solutions that meet our requirements. The excel should compare the following criteria: cost per month, requirement 1 description, requirement 2 description, etc.
Our 3 requirements;
1. Have staff profiles w/ basic info such as name, address, contact details, profile image, attach CV to their profile, etc. – the staff should be able to access their profiles to keep them up to date
2. Search skills (we must be able to search the database for specific skills and return a list of people who match those skills)
3. Automated onboarding workflows (the ability to create bespoke workflows that can request information from new employees such as payments info, and also deliver onboarding documents to them in an automated workflow so we don’t have to do it manually for each new joiner)
– Licensing – we’ll need 2-3 administrator accounts and then accounts for each employee who is onboarded (you’ll need this info to get accurate cost info). Number of employees will initially be small (<50) but expected to grow to about 200.
Important: we must have solutions that meet these requirements. We’re looking for an in-depth evaluation of tools (not just Googling and looking at their websites) – you’ll likely need to speak to the vendors directly.
