Looking for a dynamic UK based person with good organisation skill to handle our enquiry process through to invoicing.

The ideal person will have great communication skills as well as excellent IT skills and knowledge of on-line spreadsheet applications e.g. Smartsheet. They will also have an understanding of Xero accounting software as well as the usual Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

Initially 2-4 hours per day (Mon-Fri)

We are a curtain and blind company, so knowledge of this industry is essential together with a good understanding of the installation processes associated with the products.
You must have a good telephone manor and be a team player.
