We are conveyo, a proptech tech start-up set to change conveyancing. We are the world’s fastest, easiest & most secure conveyancing platform. A platform that helps to get more people moving houses & moving forward in life.

II. What we do
Conveyancing is siloed, slow, hard work and broken. Lack of communication between parties and intertwined legal and data work streams lead to frustration and preventable delays, with property transactions taking 16 weeks on average and 1 in 3 deals falling through. All of this spills over to buyers and sellers, who face disruption and financial loss.

Conveyo changes all this. We have built a platform that makes conveyancing connected, fast, easy and fixed. Conveyo automates menial tasks through AI and brings all parties together, allowing them to collaborate and stay informed about the deal. Conveyo owns the data workstream, reducing conveyancing time to below 4 weeks and reducing fall throughs to 1 in 10.

Conveyo’s platform works for all residential property transactions and estate agents.

III. Our purpose
We create a world where everyone can keep moving by making it easier for estate agents, solicitors and retail customers to work together.
