We need a Chief People Office style role to be filled!
We are in need of someone who has People/ HR management experience and is skilled at communicating internally with staff. Only a few hours a week are needed at this stage. Working closely with our CEO and Marketing Manager. We need someone to align our team with the company culture and goals. Preferably someone who can also advise on performance, appraisals, ideas to engage etc. Our company is www.thesilverferngroup.co.uk – Based in Hertfordshire. Would be good if someone was local so we could meet up on an ad-hoc basis/ integrate with the company.
