An accountancy practice in the UK are looking for a remote bookkeeper and Virtual PA.
The successful candidate will primarily work on posting transactions through AutoEntry which is a cloud based OCR data entry software into QuickBooks online. This will be required for a variety of clients and then these transactions will need to be reconciled in QuickBooks online.
You will be required to manage your own work load and deadlines to some degree and to collaborate with other team members to ensure effective management.
You will also provide Virtual PA services to the Director and undertake any other tasks that may be reasonably requested
You will be able to communicate effectively with others in the team using some sort of online messaging software or VOIP telecommunication.
Previous experience of working with AutoEntry and Quickbooks online together with previous Virtual PA experience is essential.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to secure a longer term role.
