We are currently seeking an administration person to join our team at UIC-UK, a leading utility infrastructure consultancy firm. As our administration person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Handling all administrative duties for our utility installation consultations projects.
Coordinating with clients and industry partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintaining accurate records of project timelines, budgets and expenses.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
Ensuring that all communication channels are managed effectively.
Supporting our team of consultants with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
