Admin assistance and Social media content

• Social media content creation, social media accounts handling
• International shipping organization, admin, label creation
• Using Xero software to create / manipulate invoicing, delivery notes
• Miscellaneous administration support
• Managing diaries/calendars
• Booking / arranging travel & accommodation
• First point of contact for clients / enquiries
• Monitoring email and social media correspondence
• Managing databases and electronic filing
• Typing and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Expenses support
Approximately 4 hours per week though will vary.
Key requirements: availability for Teams meetings within a few days, responsiveness to requests within 24 hours
