Accounts Admin for Entertainment Business

We are expanding & Pace Entertainment is opening up a position for an accounts officer to join our team. This is a part-time role for an experienced individual as we head into the post pandemic world.

Our company is looking for an individual who will be involved in joining our team taking care of the accounts, payroll and billing department for our touring events and acts as they perform around Australia, New Zealand and the world.

This is a specialist position where the candidate will need not only the excitement to undertake the role but also the presence and personality to fit into a fun, creative and busy environment.

Do you have:

Previous or current experience in the arts and or entertainment/events arena
Previous or current experience in an accounts role
Experience and knowledge with Xero software
An understanding of finance processes including bills payable and coding
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to think outside the box
A strong understanding of how to use the internet and google suite, as well as the ability to learn company software
Experience with a task management system such as monday.com, asana, salesforce, etc. is also looked favourably upon
You understand responsibility and accountability within your role
You have the initiative and creativity to work independently within the parameters of the businesses goals, aims and objectives, paired with the impeccable communication skills and consideration needed to work in a team
Multi-disciplinary skills with a large amount of common sense
Applicants with qualifications in the above or similar areas looked favourably upon but not required
