I need a freelance Virtual Assistant
ATHENA SOCIAL is a female-founded social media agency that specialises in driving sales for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands through social media marketing efforts.
I’m seeking an enthusiastic virtual assistant to support me in admin and content tasks for my growing agency.
The role:
~ Sending out contracts/ invoices to clients
~ Scheduling emails to go out to my mailing list
~ Scheduling client content
~ Writing captions for social media posts for clients
~ Writing blogs for clients
This is for you if you are:
~ Keen to learn in a small growing agency
~ Able to use tools such as Canva, Slack, Plannable and Notion
~ Happy to work remotely and within GMT hours
~ Love to write
Not required, but nice to have:
~ Experience in doing similar jobs for social media agencies
~ You’re particularly passionate about fashion and beauty brands (although I have a range of clients)
~ London-based
Please upload your portfolio with previous examples of work
~ up to 20 hours per month with potential to expand
