Hubl’s flagship product, CoolRun (www.coolrun.co.uk) is a game-changing solution in cold chain logistics, utilising proprietary passive cooling technology to eliminate emissions, reduce operational costs, and improve the overall efficiency of transporting perishable goods.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from prototype to manufacturing, including overseeing supply chains and inventory controls. They should be skilled in conducting QA assessments on finished products and managing type approval controls, including ATP testing. Additionally, they will handle end-user documentation, such as parts diagrams and training packs, and control the next stages of product development.
Their knowledge should combine an engineering mindset with logistical sector expertise, understanding the industry’s inherent challenges, such as handling knocks and bumps, and meeting high expectations for timely delivery.
This person needs to be methodical and persuasive, with the ability to think innovatively and leverage past experiences to enhance potential designs. They should favour standard parts over bespoke designs to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will effectively balance engineering precision with logistical pragmatism, ensuring robust solutions that meet industry demands.
