We are a small, personable team seeking an administrative assistant to support our Managing Director and Operations Manager in the daily operations of the company.
(5-10 / week)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, making follow-up phone calls regarding previous quotes, sending reminder emails, and accurately updating various spreadsheets and documents.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented, a native English speaker, confident, and possess excellent customer service skills. The initial commitment is approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future.
You must be a self-employed contractor available during normal business hours, capable of working independently, and providing quick turnaround. Full training will be provided.
