Freelance Illustrator for Interim Leadership Guides
I am launching a new website focusing on interim leadership, offering comprehensive guides and resources to professionals in this field. To enhance the user experience and provide visually engaging content, I am seeking a talented illustrator to create images and infographics for my interim leadership guides. In addition to the existing guides, around 30, I anticipate publishing approximately one new guide per week.
Scope of Work:
Initial Style Development:
Develop a distinctive visual style for my interim leadership guides that align with my brand identity and resonate with my target audience.
Create a set of sample illustrations and infographics to establish the style framework.
Present the style options for review and feedback before finalising.
Guide Illustrations:
Produce illustrations and infographics for each new interim leadership guide.
Collaborate with me to understand each guide’s subject matter and key messaging.
Ensure all visuals are informative, engaging, and consistent with the established style.
Intellectual Property Ownership:
Transfer full intellectual property ownership of all illustrations and infographics created for this project to me upon completing each milestone.
Deliverables:
Initial style samples and concept sketches.
High-quality illustrations and infographics for each interim leadership guide.
Finalised digital files in a format suitable for web publication.
Timeline:
Initial Style Development: 5-7 days
Ongoing Guide Illustrations: two weeks to clear the 30 existing guides and then new guides every week
Budget:
Please provide a breakdown of costs for the following:
Initial style development (set-up cost).
Cost per guide (based on the assumption that each guide will follow the established style).
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in illustration, particularly in creating informative and visually appealing content.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with me.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently without compromising quality.
Willingness to transfer intellectual property rights upon project completion.
