Looking for a proactive college or university student to join our team remotely on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Diary Management: Organise schedules and appointments.
Client Follow-up: Handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and invoicing.
Enquiry Management: Respond to inquiries from our website and social media platforms, scheduling calls as necessary.
Content Editing: Perform basic editing of content, suggest captions, and upload content to social media platforms.
Requirements:
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms.
Availability for sporadic work hours, not exceeding 2-3 hours per day.
Weekly catch-up calls lasting no longer than 20 minutes.
Minimal flexible hours and the opportunity to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience.
Preference in UK. The rate offered is monthly.
