Outbound UK Real Estate Sales Caller

Your new role will begin with a tailored training programme

The Role
The objective of the role is to book in as many viewing appointments as possible for our on the ground sales team, this will consist of
●  Calling estate agents and homeowners based in the UK and offering them our companies rental/management services
●  Organising viewing appointments for our sales team to attend properties
●  Following up on leads to get viewings organised

Working Hours
●  Monday – Friday
●  09.00 – 15.00

Place of work
● Remote – The candidate will be able to work from their home address or where they see fit to achieve the best results for this role

Candidate should have the following qualities:
●  Basic knowledge of the UK property market
●  Very good english
●  Very well spoken
●  Good phone manners
●  Motivated to earn good commission
●  Ready to learn new skills
●  Calm and Professional working manner
●  Excellent organisation and time management skills
●  Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
●  Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
●  Able to remain calm under pressure
●  Able to work independently

Package

●  £500.00 per months basic salary
●  £50.00 for every appointment booked in
●  Targeted viewings per month : 35
●  OTE – £27,000.00pa
