We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive remote administrative and organisational support to the CEO of an e-commerce clothing company. Streamline workflow, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth operations in the dynamic online retail industry.
Responsibilities
Calendar management: Efficiently handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings, considering time zones and urgent matters related to the e-commerce business.
Email and correspondence: Monitor and respond to emails on the CEO’s behalf, addressing customer inquiries, partnership opportunities, and internal communications.
Order fulfilment coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and customer satisfaction.
Inventory management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, coordinating restocking efforts, and updating the CEO on popular or out-of-stock items.
Marketing support: Coordinate marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and collaborations, to drive online sales and brand awareness.
Data analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Social media management: Help manage the CEO’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with customers and influencers.
Business development research: Conduct research on potential partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and industry trends to support the CEO’s growth strategies.
Miscellaneous support: Provide general administrative assistance, including expense tracking, document preparation, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as an executive or virtual assistant, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with online customer service best practices.
Organization: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, understanding the time-sensitive nature of e-commerce operations.
Tech-savviness: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, and productivity software.
