Scope of Work:
Job Advertisement:
Collaborate with us to create compelling job advertisements for vehicle technician positions.
Ensure that job ads are tailored to attract suitable candidates with the required skills and qualifications.
Post job advertisements on relevant job sites and platforms, targeting a nationwide audience.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media platforms, and industry-specific websites, to actively search for potential candidates.
Conduct targeted searches based on specified criteria, including technical skills, experience, and geographical location.
Create a pool of potential candidates to be considered for further evaluation.
Application Screening:
Review and assess submitted applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the initial requirements.
Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for vehicle technician positions.
Communicate with candidates to gather additional information, if necessary, to determine their eligibility.
Interview Arrangement:
Coordinate with us to schedule zoom interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Arrange and confirm interview times, dates, and locations, ensuring alignment with both the candidates’ and the company’s availability.
Provide candidates with relevant interview details and guidance.
Deliverables:
Weekly Progress Reports:
The HR recruiter will provide Auth Assist Group with weekly progress reports, summarizing the number of job ads posted, candidate sourcing activities, applications screened, and interviews arranged.
Shortlisted Candidate Profiles:
Submit a list of shortlisted candidates along with their resumes, highlighting their relevant qualifications, experience, and skills.
Interview Schedule:
Provide a detailed interview schedule that includes the candidates’ names, contact information, and scheduled interview dates.
Project Timeline:
The timeline will be agreed upon with the selected HR recruiter, taking into consideration the volume of recruitment required and the availability of suitable candidates.
Note: The HR recruiter will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to maintain the confidentiality recruitment process and candidate information.
