A fantastic opening has come up for a self-motivated events coordinator based in Borehamwood to work for six days during an exciting and impactful executive development programme comprising five days. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with up to five years of Events or Marketing experience, with three years or more in Events Management, to help deliver a successful programme and enhance their skills. This role includes lunch, trips to exciting tourist destinations, and competitive remuneration.
We are a leading UK luxury capacity development provider focusing on Africa. We are looking for a competent project manager who could work with little or no supervision for (six days, i.e. May 14- May 19) during the one-week programme at Double Tree by Hilton, Borehamwood.
A. Manage all pre-training planning, ensure set up and preparation of delegate packs
B. Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the capacity development to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
C. Manage the time of faculties and attend to the clients during the programme.
D. Ensure the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
and produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
E. Any other task related to the success of the executive development programme.
F. Potentially chair a Q&A session with the faculty
