Operations Assistant – Trade Finance

TFS is a small/lean organisation providing export finance by de-risking and financing international trade to exporters. The Assistant implements all key processes for the daily running of our export finance activities. This include maintaining and proposing improvements of systems and records and operational interface with clients.
Office management experience essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel; good communication skills both verbal and written; cross-cultural aptitude; good organisation skills (highly organised, having excellent planning skills and highly numerate); good numerical skills; experience in international commerce an asset; keen attention to detail; excellent and accurate data entry and review skills; positive attitude; reliable and dependable.
The ideal candidate has gained significant experience in professional organisations, he/she values independence, accountability, and flexibility (hours and location) over and above the structure and support provided in large organisations.
