Client onboarding and ongoing client management

BDR.ai has been in business for 5+ years. We resell and implement technologies like:

-ConnectAndSell (Agent-Assisted Dialing)
-ZoomInfo (Data)
-Kennected.io (LinkedIn Sequencing)
-Zopto (LinkedIn)
-Apollo.io (Email)
-and a few more such as API/integration to Salesforce.com and HubSpot

We’re looking for a partner who can provide 5-7 hours/week to start and this could grow over time.

Responsibilities include:
1) Onboarding call with new clients to review the deliverables
2) Ongoing tech support
3) Data pulls using ZoomInfo from time to time
4) Coordinating a meeting with our technical resource and the client for level 2+ tech support
