Chemical Engineer Consultant Required

We are trying to implement a pickling and passivation process in our business for acid cleaning our stainless steel cylinders.

We are seeking a chemical engineer who can help us design a system for acid spraying, flushing with fresh water and then treatment of the waste acidic water afterwards so that it can be safely disposed of.

Also to assist with the necessary legislation and approvals from local environmental agencies to ensure it is signed off.

I have attached a schematic of the system we have in mind.

Ideally we are looking to work with somebody close to Manchester where we are based and worst case they must be the UK so that you can visit our site.
