Marketing and Sales Officer

JOB SUMMARY
The objectives of the sales & Resource department are to provide spiritual training
and development resources for our Parish members, and also to generate adequate
income to support the smooth operations of the organisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 0 Fulfilling Customers Orders
1.1 Retrieve/receive orders via e-mail, over the phone, via post and from the estore accordingly.
1.2 Package and dispatch all customers orders .
1.3 Communicate effectively and politely with customers about the status of their
orders which include updating order status on eStore; and notifying customer
via Email, Telephone and by post about, namely, delivery and partial fulfilment
of orders, back-PTA and PKS have had to move to other days.orders and out-ofstock items, etc.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: OTHER

A committed Christian fully able to
adhere to the ethos and values of the
RCCG.
