Bookkeeper to update Monthly Accounts & Run Payroll

My name’s Rory and I’m the Founder/Director of Eudemo – a startup data & analytics consultancy firm, working with the tech-for-good companies tackling our biggest problems. It’s currently just myself – based in Edinburgh, UK – but I’m aiming to grow the company steadily overtime.

Help Required:

I’m now looking for monthly bookkeeping & admin assistance – updating the books, sending invoices, running payroll etc, to take one thing off my mind! I would expect the time ask to be a half-day or so (3-4 hours) at the end of each month, on an ongoing basis – but happy to edit this as we go, to find the right number for what’s required. I also very much appreciate people who are willing to make suggestions about how processes can be improved, are willing to take initiative, and point out any gaps in my knowledge as we go so we can create great systems.

— Accountancy Setup — – We use Intuit QuickBooks Online + Advanced Payroll – I have an accountant at Larking Gowen in Norwich, who has helped with initial setup and will run end-of-year tax returns etc
