Property Management Assistance (experienced) Part -Time

Looking for an experienced part time property manager to assist with running a small private portfolio in London. (5 HMOs, 1 flat).
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
* Managing spare room ads
* Organising viewings with tenants
* Organising deposits (entrance and exit)
* Contracts for tenants
* Checking rents
* Arranging Maintenance / builders
* Basic research for health and safety / local prices etc
* Organising sales
HOW WE WORK:
– Google sheets – for rents
– Pipedrive (CRM)- for contracts etc (training can be given)
– Whatsapp – for tenants and maintenance
– Spareroom – for ads
SKILLS:
I am looking for someone with good experience who can hit the ground running and can start asap. I love working with people who are “on the ball”, can “think on their feet, are proactive and can work at a fast pace. I will be on hand to help out/ answer questions at all times. I am very open to more efficient ways of working!
HOURS:
Flexibility for the hours will be required;
– the tenants’ WhatsApp groups will need monitoring at all times
– it’s random when maintenance is needed etc.
HOURS
The role can be undertaken 100% remotely.
To start with, we will require a higher number of hours
1. for training
2. we are increasing rents so there will be a higher turn over of tenants.
When it’s quiet, I estimate 12-15 hours a month however, depending on your skill set, we could increase the role to include other responsibilities and increase the hours.
PAY
£13 to £15
Bonuses can be given for hard work and efficiency.
