Jobsforall.co.uk / (JFA) provides on-line services to Jobseeker seeking for a Freelance job, short-term, or full employment . The Clients/Employers uses the on-line service to search for suitable person and shall be subject to our standard Terms of Business as applicable. We have outlined our terms on the website to all our users: clients/employers – freelancers/ jobseekers the standard Terms of Business applicable to them at the point of registration or following registration (please read the information from our website). These Terms of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for our standard Terms of Business as specified on jobsforall website. Both Employer and Candidates seeking work will be required to sign/agreed (please note by registering, signing up and using the website meant you have signed and agreed) to our standard Terms as specified on the website. These Terms of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for our standard Terms.

Your use of this Site

You may access most areas of the Site without registering your details with us. Certain areas of the site are only open to you if you are registered; by accessing any part of the Site, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use in full. As the services on the Site are made available to users: Employer / Clients (Buyer of skills / buyer of services - posting projects, advertising job's) and (Employee / Job seekers / Seller of skills / seller of services - applying for projects, applying for job's) immediately, you do not enjoy any cancellation or “cooling-off” rights in relation to these Terms of Use.

We do not guarantee that any employer or client will ask for a candidate’s information, or will interview or hire a candidate, or that any candidates will be available or will meet the needs of any employer or client. We make no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site. Whilst we take all reasonable endeavours to ensure it is the case, we do not guarantee that any employer or client will keep confidential of any candidate information or data provided to them.

Refund Policy:  Refunds between freelancer and Employer when using our payment gateway will be after the transactions fees has been deducted. The copy of the transactions fees will be provided when applicable  (for example: if £10 was paid by an employer to a freelancer for a project 20% service charge will be deducted; the amount due to pay the freelancer is £8. If the case of a refund arises the £8 will be available to be refunded to the employer plus any amount left from the £2 after the payment gateway transactions fee which may varies per period, and per each  transactions fee.
